Support service packages are available for those customers who require customer support in adapting our standard translator tools to meet their specific migration requirements. When ordered with a translator, customers can purchase follow-up support service packages in 10 hour increments for the discounted price of $750 each. Customized support packages are also available upon request.
We fully guarantee our translation tools. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the output of the tool you purchased, we will credit the full value of the purchase price towards our translation and verification services to get you the results you need.
